Anastasia is a serial entrepreneur and operations expert who has spent her career building systems that help businesses run better. Having navigated the compliance landscape as a founder herself, she built Jojan One to solve the problem she experienced first hand: compliance is critical, but the tools to manage it are either inaccessible, unaffordable, or built for lawyers, not founders. At Jojan One, Anastasia leads product vision, strategy, and growth, bringing her expertise in business operations, regulatory frameworks, and AI-powered tooling to every part of the platform.

Kwabena is a data scientist and full stack developer with over 8 years in the telecom IT sector, working across data mining, machine learning and enterprise data modelling for organisations including Millicom International Cellular and, in France, Copeeks, INRAE and Linguistic Communications. His work has centred on the disciplines Jojan One is built from: data governance, GDPR and data-regulatory compliance, ETL and data quality, RESTful and serverless architecture, and training teams to make decisions from their own data. He leads the engineering and AI teams at Jojan One, overseeing Jova's development and the platform's technical roadmap.
