What is included in the free trial?
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to your chosen plan, with no feature restrictions. No credit card is needed to start.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT at the prevailing UK rate is added at checkout where it applies.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Annual billing is available at a 20 percent discount and can be chosen at checkout using the monthly and annual toggle above.
What happens after my trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you can choose the subscription plan that best fits your business: Starter – Business Protection Essentials, Growth – Complete Business Protection, or Scale – Enterprise Business Protection. If you choose not to subscribe immediately, your account will become inactive until you select a plan. Your data will remain securely stored in accordance with our data retention policy.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone with a login to your Jojan One account, including team members, directors and advisors you invite.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything before your account closes.
